Ran an 8-week renovation from start to finish, delivering the project for £15k of a £30k budget: won student body backing, got senior leadership on side, and managed everything from clear-out and contractors to furnishing the space (largely from Facebook Marketplace). The Coach House is Grade II listed and the oldest building in college, once belonging to Charles Darwin's wife. It now houses a communal space, music room (freeing up music students to practice during exam term, a long-standing complaint), a dining space for kitchens without tables, art room, and storage.
